Dear Patients,
As we continue to navigate through these evolving and challenging times, we want to give you an update on where we stand. We want to reassure you that we continue to provide orthopedic care that you may need.
Given the current environment with COVID-19, we will be taking steps to make sure that your visit to our locations is safe and that we are following CDC Guidelines, particularly for encouraging Social Distance. A few examples of this are:
1) We will be limiting seating space in our waiting rooms to make sure that patients have 6 feet of space.
2) If patients wish to check in and then wait in their car for their appointment, we will accommodate them.
3) We will have telephone follow-up appointments with some patients who have routine follow up examinations. If anyone wishes to reschedule, we will do that as well. If you need to be seen in person, we will accommodate you.
We will update you with changes in this fast-evolving time. We know that this is an uncertain and anxious time. We want to reassure you that we will be here for your orthopedic needs. We remain firm in our goal to give you outstanding, safe, compassionate care.
